FAQ

How do I prepare for a healing?

Make sure that you are in a quiet place where you will have privacy and not be interrupted. It is best to be seated in a way that you will be comfortable for an hour, but not so comfortable that you fall asleep! It is a good idea to have paper and something to write with in case you want to take notes after your healing. It is recommended to plan to take some time after the healing to reflect on the healing and return to your day.

If I am not religious, spiritual, or Sufi can I receive a Sufi Healing?

Definitely ! Sufi healings are open for anyone who want to explore the inner being. You don’t have to change your religion or follow any religion to receive from Sufi healings. For example, just as anyone can benefit from a Yoga session, it is the same with a Sufi healing.

How does a remote healing work? Is it as effective as in person?

The heart connection between healer and healee is not limited to physical space or affected by distance. The steps are the same whether in person, by phone, skype, whats up and the outcome is equally beneficial. However I myself enjoy sessions in person when the opportunity is there =).
